Zeus Apartments is a unique project that was created for students who appreciate comfortable and functional places to live but also look for a space where they can develop themselves and meet new people.
Zeus Apartments is a modern private dormitory located in a well-connected part of Lublin at al. Spółdzielczości Pracy 36. In this devine dormitory you will find spacious and fully furnished rooms where you can relax and concentrate on learning. We offer to the students single and double student apartments with areas from 10 to 45 m2, with a fully equipped kitchenette, private bathroom and fiber optic internet.
The dormitory is located near universities and the largest shopping center in the province – Galeria Olimp. The center provides its residents with everyday shopping, offering grocery stores, clothing outlets, a variety of gastronomy and a 24-hour McDonald’s with good coffee, as well as a bowling alley, billiards, a year-round Cartmax karting track, the only Multikino cinema in Lublin and a gym.
Having young residents in mind, including those from abroad, the building will offer multilingual service, service outlets, and an underground parking lot where not only cars, but also bicycles and scooters will be parked.
Taking care of the safety of our residents in the building, we provide monitoring systems and security 24 hours a day.

The rooms in our dormitory are prepared with the residents’ comfort in mind. The mini apartments have good sound insulation guaranteeing privacy. Each apartment has a kitchenette, a bathroom with space for a washing machine and a place to study. Super fast fiber optic internet is available throughout the building. Selected mini apartments also have air conditioning and comfortable balconies. The building also has a multilingual reception available 24 hours a day.
